Shortbread

Makes a small tin's worth. Can use vegan margarine.

  1. Preheat over to 335ºF (ºC).
  2. Put ingredients into processor. Just mix the ingredients.
  3. Press into a tin and then bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle granulated sugar on the top.

Cut when fresh out of the oven when very soft: it will harden as it cools.
