Shortbread
Makes a small tin's worth. Can use vegan margarine.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces caster sugar (or use granulated sugar, but process it to
fine pieces)
- 4 ounces ground rice / rice flour
- 8 ounces flour
- 8 ounces butter or margerine
Directions
- Preheat over to 335ºF (ºC).
- Put ingredients into processor. Just mix the ingredients.
- Press into a tin and then bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar on the top.
Cut when fresh out of the oven when very soft: it will harden as it cools.
